Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. This commission-based role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients streamline their maintenance service needs through Tradecon Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, social media, door-to-door and other platforms to introduce Tradecon Services.
Identify client needs and effectively communicate the value of booking maintenance services through our streamlined platform.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment of services.
Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using company-provided tools.
Stay informed about Tradecon Services’ offerings and industry trends to position our solutions effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Construction or Engineering related fields (Preferred).
Proven sales experience (Minimum 2 Years), preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry in Ontario.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
A self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to work remotely.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential. Commissions will be based on the successful acquisition of clients and the services they book through Tradecon Services.
